Anthony's coal fired pizza was born from a single obsession: making the most authentic, deeply flavored pizza in the United States. Our founder Anthony grew up watching his grandmother coax perfect pies from a stone hearth in Naples, and he spent years perfecting that same magic using the power of real coal fire.
When Anthony opened the doors of our first location in Wayne, NJ, the line was out the door by noon. Word spread fast — because you simply cannot fake the taste that only a coal-fired oven reaching over 900°F can produce. A crisp, blistered crust. A light, airy interior. Toppings that caramelize into something extraordinary.
Today, anthonys coal fired pizza continues that same tradition at our Wayne location, serving guests who drive from across New Jersey and beyond.
